Ps.: MYSUPPORT has disappeared
yes: "MySupport" in Allplan Connect is a connection to an internal Tol, that is used by Support team of only some Countries.
f.e. the US team is using Zendesk, so customers from Allplan INC will see a Link to there Zendesk.
Customers from Countries using this internal Tool (like Germany, france, italy, spain, austria, swizerland) can see with mySupport their tickets.
Customers from all others Countries: as Connect does not have access to there Tickets Systems, they will just see the lInk to the Addresslist where to get support. but without Access to their tool(s), it is useless to show "MySupport"
this may change in the future, if i get access and an API to read such support tickets.
